We offer three backup service plans to fit your disaster recovery needs and budget. In addition, we also offer disaster recovery planning, including testing and implementation services to ensure business continuity.

Back-up Monitoring: Monitoring of the devices for key service issues (availability, performance, disk space, memory, processor).

Service Maintenance:  Regular administration and patch management of the devices and full support of all devices with no hourly charges unless we are called onsite

Disaster Recovery Labor: Remote and onsite troubleshooting, data restores, support and problem resolution for technical issues related to supported devices under management.
