Lynnwood, Wash., May 18, 2010 - IntegrIT Network Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of IT support services for Small and Mid Size Businesses in Snohomish and King Counties, has announced the launch of a new Online Customer Care Portal – designed to help customers maximize the value of their tech support investment.

IntegrIT Network Solutions Customer Care Portal streamlines the case management process, enabling users to log, update, and track their cases while retrieving information from and contributing information to the IntegrIT Network Solutions technical support knowledge base.

The Web site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and helps customers quickly find answers they are looking for. The following services are available through the Customer Care Portal system:

·         Submit, edit, review, and re-assign service tickets

·         View a list of all service tickets for that company

·         Access to IntegrIT Network Solutions technical support knowledge base

·         A searchable Knowledge Base that allows users to search all service entries in the system

·         View list of active agreements for that company.

·         View list of all closed invoices for company.

·         Run and view of all reports that can be run for company
